I have two Max7219 displays showing the Flybywire A32NXdev radio output of "(A:COM ACTIVE FREQUENCY:1, KHz) near", and "(A:COM STANDBY FREQUENCY:1, KHz) near". Works fine, but only synchronises with the sim on screen when button VHF1 is pressed. When VHF2 or VHF3 is pressed, the displays do not change and still show the VHF1. What am I doing wrong?

Please explain what is the behavior you want to model in your panel and show the Input and output configs. The variables you mention are only for COM1.

I would like to show on my displays the same output as in the sim for VHF2 and VHF3. Example, when I press on screen (or in my home cockpit) button VHF2 the values of Active and Stby change on screen but not in my home cockpit. Do I need 4 more presets? There are only your two presets on Hubhop.

First, you need to setup an output display config for each variable you need to display (com1, com2 and com3).
You will want to set a MF variable to 0, 1 and 2 with the button presses. This variable is then used in the output display configs preconditions to activate the appropriate display config.

This tutorial is not specific to changing com1 and com2 but touches on the same techniques you need.
