Me and others have been reporting and experiencing slower load times yesterday and today.
For me this occurs on mobile AND on steam.
Battles will pause and load before a turn goes off (im seeing the ‘…’ at top of screen), running around in dungeons or raids will pause and load, trying to even just click start on invasion or trials takes a minute since the start button is greyed out for some time.
These are abnormal and usually only happen when the player’s internet is lacking.
Hope the team can fix the slowness quick so folks dont miss out on any gors or even the Sardinex event coming today!

We are monitoring the health of the servers. There has been some intermittent periods of heavy traffic, but nothing has fallen over yet 🤞

I tried getting on last night, it was so bad, everything took 5 minutes to load, went through the usual clear cache etc. game just ran like shit, decided why bother and got off

How can we be expected to want to play the game with this? Top it off with an event that has been plagued with these issues and nothing has been said or done about it aside from normal weekly resets.

Been booted out three more times since I’ve said that.

Why is this always such an issue? There’s never been it this bad without acknowledgement.

It's a specific server that is struggling which is why the lag can feel hit or miss at times. Typically, I only make announcements for full server outage, but try to proactively reply in threads like this when it's just performance issues for a single server

Also, it's easier to share an ETA on resolving an outtage. Lag spikes require investigating and troubleshooting which are significantly harder to predict

There's got to be some metrics somewhere that shows the amount of people who play the game that aren't in this discord.

Any announcement, especially one in game, would be nice.

That's why we are so reliant on Discord for communicating our reaction to issues as they are occurring. Announcements need to be put into the game as part of the weekly reset, unfortunately

The company needs to implement an ease-of-use message board for staff to have the green light on posting announcements for those community members who don't frequent discord and let alone other social media platforms.

Was a voting board placed in town near Ingrid - was a toss away relic from the old council era of the game. People could click to vote or not on an individual.
Granted the entire tech of it could be convoluted and not worth re-implementing... but it was there and many people used it.
