Did you also open a #🆘︱contact-support ticket so that it’s in their queue to get in touch & help when available?
- going into the weekend Support doesn’t run tickets on weekend.
- hopefully they aren’t backed up and you’ll get assistance before end of next week (kind of an unfun answer but lately it seems Support was backed waaaay up on other tasks)
Not sure what guild you're in, but when you buy a NFT from a guild-mate, and it's transferred within the guild, this happens. Yeah, support will get it fixed eventually. Sold one of mine on 3/19, and they were about to get it into the guild on 4/1 for a time reference.
Thanks Andy. I purchased from someone who isn't in the guild but I suppose it has legacy history of the guild a long time ago. Looks like a persistent issue that requires manual fixing.. weird safeguard

(use this thread) & open a new support ticket as it's a new/re-emerging issue* since each instance has to be handled 1:1 by Support.

Nope, Devs are alive, but Support Team =/= Devs, so it'll be handled (hopefully) before the heat death of the universe.

I'd have opened a new ticket entirely versus piggy-backing off a pre-existing one that was 'resolved'~ per your above 4/12 comment of "This is fixed"

So just maybe poke that with "hey it's been X days since your reply, any updates?"
I've sent five mails since that
And it was totally cold with no response

No worries, but spamming that many emails actively knocks you back.
