Some players are specifically getting stuck at 13% loading as well. Please mention this if it also happened to you 🙏

We're still trying to understand this issue so we can get a fix delivered. Our current recommendation is to make sure your Android device is updated to the latest version of Android

I got this 13% loading problem on my old phone, a samsung TA-1032 which runs on android9, with the last update available on sept 5th

Latest being Android 15, but if ppl are rocking devices with an OS pre-Oreo/Pie/whatever ||cough 2 legit 2 twitt, Android 7.1.1 aka Nougat? cough||, that’s like asking to update your Windows 95 ||ok let’s be nice and say Win98|| into Windows 11, probably not gonna happen, and imo ’latest’ in this case being whatever you get for a slightly prehistoric phone might just not cut it..?

Also don’t know could it affect *some* if someone is using a phone that is on Android 13 -> is there support for this, should it (ze game) work in the first place..?

Could be interesting to hear an official take on what kind of hard-/software is supported, what the game should run on. Or maybe the app-/playstore might shed some light on that..?

My device is fairly new and it still won't work, Google Pixel 7a, used to play on this phone all the time but took a break and now that I'm back it's not letting me in, seems to be the most recent update that caused the issue as I logged in fine under a month ago

    tested on android emulators Nox, Mumu (Yes, I prefer to play with an emulator.)
    Android version 7, 9, 12, 4-6 GB Ram, 2-4 cores is allocated for emulators. The problem with emulators is observed in different networks from different providers
    all versions have a problem after 13% of the download.
    The game version is up-to-date, the problem appeared after the game was updated in mid-December.
    however, there is no problem with the steam version on these computers.
    there is no problem when playing from a tablet or phone on the same network (A15 hyperos 2.0, 12gb ram, snapdragon 8 gen2;
    A14 hyperos 1.0 12gb ram, snapdragon 870;
    A11, miui 12, 12gb ram, snapdragon 855;
    A8, miui11, 6gb ram, snapdragon 821)

I wanted to give a minor update on this to ease any concerns that fixing this issue has been abandoned. An investigation has been taking place since we returned from our holiday break, and it has turned up a few potential leads for potential solutions. It will still take time to test and implement any fixes though to guarantee they don't cause more problems than they solve.

Our latest belief is that the game is not freezing at 13%, but is instead loading the largest amount of data (all of the gear and its upgrades) very, very, very slowly to the point that it seems like it is frozen. In the big picture, we want this content to load quickly for everyone, but in the short-term we would like to at least visually communicate this to players better.
