I don't see this as a bug. We've had a lot of things jumbled and shuffled around this year.

Original ‘rotation’ had gvg this week, in order to have the throne during but harvest for a new throne, things had to get moved around. We get double regulator / brainstorms with this week, it may be something similar to next weeks rewards until things get straightened out
