guild bug fixed? lost all honor and contribution.

let a guy in my guild who bought an nft of mine over a year ago, it took away ALL my heroes honor and contribution. i attached a current screenshot and one from a couple months back. lost millions of honor on each 6 heroes.

@tawdry shell am i allowed to tag any devs in this to make sure it gets seen?

Tagging the CMs is allowed. I tagged them when Bonez had his issue with his main. Mass tagging DEVS isnt allowed

I got the nft from hip, originally I couldn’t access guild chat/ guild tab/ honor gain. Now I joined back through the main account and everything worked

But it was at the cost of all of hips contribution and honor. So it was fixed but at a very bad cost

it took all of my honor and my heroes no longer have contribution in the guild. i had 1.9BILLION on main that is no longer on our list

Yes, please send in a ticket. I wouldn't assume one way or the other what they can do about your resources, but since I haven't seen an issue like this before, it may be something unique that would be difficult to help you with via Discord

This is an issue, anyone who has sold or traded an nft can apparently get all their honor wiped, makes sense if its on the new one that bought it, but not old account lol

Ive traded with a few people to make sure they could rejoin their guilds.

would suck to get hit with that out of the blue

and (not that it really matters) i no longer have any trace of leaving a mark in the guild! i was just about to hit 2 billion on the contribution board

now ill have to get a run in just to get back on the contribution board at the bottom haha

damn, so i also have just found out that i can no longer earn honor on any of my heroes either.

This could be a deal breaker and need rollback. ngl, considering this fix took 18 months, can't wait another 18 til you can get honor, one thing to lose it where you can have it added, another to have it 'just never adding honor again' until they decide to fix it.

try leaving and rejoining the guild?

and now im concerned ill definitely never see 1.9bill contribtion on our boards again after seeing that haha

after leaving and rejoining a couple times, i can gain honor on em again! just have to start from 0 and hope they can give me back what ive lost eventually

I just lost all contrib and honor points in my own guild. As the guild's leader, I now have 0 contribution.

Also @snow snow open a support ticket via #🆘︱contact-support and provide all known info you can in your email.

Create a paper trail and hopefully things get situated.

Pretty much, I joined back to see if NFT would work and it screwed up all his stuff. Glad it got sorted tho

And I was doing it based if the msgs I saw in official, I hope others see this so they don’t go through the same trouble as hip
