  • Have already pinged (quite a few) people in the [RT] server (this is no guarantee any response is taken in a timely manner, but rather stating they have been tagged so as to keep things visible.

  • 🖥️ - Computer: Browser (any)

  • ♨️ - Computer: Steam

  • 🍏 - Mobile: Apple

  • 🤖 - Mobile: Android

UPDATE
IT/ENG has seen the message relayed to them & it is going to be looked into (there is no ETA, but this has been eyesshake eyesshake eyesshake by the responsible parties)

Thanks for the post up @versed jolt appears the domain name is expired or requires renewal. This would cause all users who dont have a cached resolution to be unable to resolve or login on any platform (http://web.bitheroesgame.com/) and the parent domain bitheroesgame.com

Users who already in the game will be able to stay connected untill their device requests a new DNS record in that case it will then stop resolving

To the dev team you will see this is cause the DNS servers updated to a parking domain name server so if you fix this its possible even 48 hours later user will have issue logging in (Though looking at the TTL record - is only set to 5 mins so we should be ok)

Why not simply tick the "auto renew" domain option on your registrar bluehost 🤷‍♂️

Fix steps 1) Accept grief, 2) accept someone is getting a strongly worded email on monday 3) drink some coffee 4) more cofee actually 5) hit renew 6) stare at conole logs and wait 5mins to TTL expiry 7) hope it justs "comes back on again" 8) after 5 mins we all have a jolly old laugh like this never happens ( AND TURN AUTO RENEW ON DAMIT! :P)

It's never been a consistent practice by any of the companies, and if it started now I'd be happy - but being realistic: I won't believe it until I see it consistently taking place during this sort of thing.
