At least you have a screen proving that you are on Ultragor, they maybe can do something to "reimburse" you for it.

Their staff is not 24:7 cycle
Submit a ticket and do not resubmit a support ticket.
You will have to wait most likely for a response to your support ticket on Monday-Wednesday of next week.
Support is known for reimbursing BOOSTS but never Resources.
So while not being able to play sucks and you lose out on your Boost time now = Support will help
If you send more support tickets it moves you back further in their queue & does not good
Be patient and don’t send anymore, okay?
Not a fun answer but you will have to wait / support does not provide >24hr turn around time (99.99% of the time). US based company on their work schedule time zone (for Support team members).
They will help when they get to your ticket 🙂
