Why are the cos locked behind a gem buyout box? They look like great cos but not many have free gems to spend like that. If these were available during event drops or another means easily accessible it would make players happy and probably retain them longer

6.3k gems to buy out the entire selection there. This is an awful "deal". Why not just put it into a sardinex event or put it with the rest of the cosmetics that drop in gamemodes?

This is disgusting. I'm sorry, but migrating an entire event's worth of cosmetics to a gem gacha leaves a sour taste in my mouth. Something we used to be incentived to play for must now be paid for at a MSRP of roughly $50~ USD.

Testing the waters is one thing, but this is so far from any rationale, one can only be astonished at kongs thought process for such a decison.
