i can run Bit Heroes on both Mobile and Kong Web fine enough,
but on steam im stuck continuously inside the logging in screen
Even if i switch through nfteez in web/mobile, steam is always stuck on the loading screen

Submit a ticket to #🆘︱contact-support to keep a log of the time lost (especially if you had any boost running)

less worried about getting stuff back, more worried no one at kong is on this and a ticket wont help that. (though I opened one for awareness and pointed to the last ticket where this happened)

A ticket will help log the incidents, Arch. Also it has been reported internally with what we are able to help with.
It looks to be intermittent and not wide spread / sadly it still impacts users regardless the % of the playerbase.

Nord VPN sub fixes it, its IP based
I took as many notes as I could from web including the 403's. Sent it.

nord has a free 30 day, so that should work til everyone is back (as a work around). Also using phone hotpsot on 5g is likely to work too, as its IP bound blocking.

VPN for Mobile usage it seems for some.
Intermittent issues, we shouldn't be surprised but also not complacent.
The tickets should be submitted by those impacted so it's recorded by Support. After the Holiday~New Year more resolving of issues (ongoing & new)
If you find others in WC/Guild/Other Servers, you should provide them the e-mail for Game Support & encourage them to submit tickets regarding this connectivity issue.
