Cyan, Jump Freighters, Freighters definitely can. Regular Carriers/Dreads/VAS or Supers can't.
Not sure about Fax, probably not.
Bodyguards maybe still can enter Highsec temporarily. -
All ships that can enter Highsec can.
2.1) no. Supers can only dock at ITCs (only null and low ones afaik), Corp Citadels (aka corp station level 4) or the Fortizar
- Same as 2). You can deliver normal caps to high sec system via the delivery system. Opening the boxes is possible yet you shouldn't be able to dock. Not sure how it works with claiming cap insurance in highsec, I expect the same mechanics.

honestly no clue. I would assume you'd either have to create a delivery mission for that ship or the insurance claim might not be possible in highsec. But I'm just guessing now
they certainly could for a while. Haven't paid attention to when the time's up

How it's possible? I moved my cap to ITC in null space, repackaged it and try to deliver and it's said "The item in the station of too low security level. Unable to deliver". Or it's bugged or need to add more descriptions in patch notes

Freights can enter highsec just not jump (cause they can’t anyway)
And I think the lucent moon can enter highsec
