Is there thing like my account locked on lowest roll rng on everything? Everytime opened bulk of chest eg 5 devout chest i will get 5 straight cheap item meanwhile my alt opened 5 chest sometimes got >7 items which some valuable gravedigger or predator. Next one when refreshing encounter twice in a row purple encounter not shown up and most of time only got 4 mil, very dissapointing while piloting HS carrier

Lol. Highsec labs pay highsec prices, that's fair.
But I've definitely noticed trends in pve loot, specifically with things like scan sites, inquisitors, and scouts(rip).
Could go weeks without getting a mining drone or rig blueprint and then spend a week getting loads of them.
One time I lost a 20b worth of materials on a beaver blueprint with something like 97.7% chance of success.
Another time I got a thanatos and a valravn from opening 10 boxes that were rewarded from an event pass.
