This seems to be happening, even after I uninstalled the game and reinstalled. And it does this on all ships.

I don't know why you're pinging Discord moderators for help in game.
You have to contact in-game support or message @wheat flicker for assistance.
These are just some of the messages I have left since yesterday
And it's the weekend. And they are on a different Timezone. And there have been probably hundreds of tickets already put in over the last week.
If you messaged them yesterday, I'd expect a response about Tuesday or Wednesday their time.
But, because this issue has been ongoing, in the interest of trying to get it resolved quickly, could you please message NE Cloud - game design ? Please include your character ID.
He has been working on trying to fix an issue similar to this.

No, I fixed it myself by turning on airplane mode and uninstalling and reinstalling the game
It's happening again, can't receive contracts, bring up manu page, can't dock or un dock, they better give tons of free sp... Again...sigh
Unfortunately it's not just you but most/all players
