My "Structure Construction" skills are 5/5/5
My "Base Manufacturing" time is 10:07:30
When using "Production Acceleration" Decryptors my manufacturing time is 6:04:30

Keep in mind I have changed nothing, the manufacturing is still done in the same location as when everything was normal.

I can't remember if there was a structure that helped with this. But if there is, is it somehow low powered?
Or is the citadel low powered?

I don't think there's a structure for time .. Only for material efficiency?

Omega always active and citadel isn't in low power. It's weird because only several weeks ago all manufacturing jobs were working as they were supposed to, and then one day all of the numbers were off. The toons structure skills are all still maxed out.
And as you can see in the screen shots before I start the manufacturing process it says when using those types of decryptors the job should only take 6hrs, but after I start the job it says 9hrs. That's shouldn't be happening. And my base manufacturing time without decryptors is 10hrs as you can see in the screen shot, but if I started a job without decryptors the base manufacturing time would be 13hrs. So I don't know what's happening or what changed because I'm still doing everything the same.@stone ember @stone venture

Just to see if it's at least recognizing the correct skills..
But yes, something is definitely off on the numbers somewhere - I've had to dust off some long unused manufacturing skills/knowledge to try and get back up to speed here 😅

With 5/5/5 maxed out skills that base manufacturing time shouldn't be 24hr, ... with maxed skills which I have should be 10:07:30

That's correct..
24 * 42.2% = 10.12 hours (~10h 7 mins) .. 10.12 * 40% = 6.07h (~6h 4m).. so everything on that page shows the correct skills and calculations.
Honestly, not sure what's going on .. all I can suggest at this point is to file a #bug-reports and contact @tulip shard, sorry 😢

Yes, I'm going to take your advice and file a bug-report, because this is ridiculous. I've been getting royally screwed on these manufacturing jobs. I wanna thank both of you @stone venture and @stone ember for taking the time to respond and help me with this issue, ... I appreciate you both 🙏

The screen shot below is a visual representation of what I have been trying to explain about the "Manufacturing Time" inaccuracies on one of my accounts.
The top screen shot is Ari3, the character with the structure construction skills 5/5/5, but the time displayed is wrong. It actually should be the same as the time displayed in the below screen shot on Ari's account.
These are 2 different accounts showing the same exact corporate manufactuuring job, but with 2 different completion times ... someone make this make sense.

They're not the same rank, "Ari Oz Ra" is the corporation CEO, and "Ari Oz Ra3" is just a manufacturer, however they both are Tech 10's
So, ... I already know the manufacturing time displayed on "Ari Oz Ra3" account is wrong, and that the manufacturing time displayed on "Ari Oz Ra" account is correct.
I said to myself, ... "Let me see in just a little over an hour will the game allow me to deliver the corporation job on Ari Oz Ra account, even though it will show on Ari Oz Ra3 account nearly 3 hours remaining until completion. And this is what it showed on the separate accounts.
