get a covops imicus, equip it with a mwd, covops cloak, dcu
fit it with cargo rigs
assumign you have frig command at 5, you get 4200m3 cargo
go into null, as close to -1.0 as you can
warp around planets cloaked, if you see pi boxes(other than heavy water) loot them
if you encounter a gatecamp, mwd cloak dcu, jump back through the gate
for me, it has been bringing 200 mil for a 2 hour run
