The minimum scan radius required is 75.
Not necessary to go lower, with 75 you find everything with blue scanner.

First you have to find a NDS.
Depending on level you can clean it.
Cynabal woth good skills and fit should be able. To finish T6, maybe T7. Not sure.
I am using chameleon for up to T8

When I go scanning I’ll pick a spot about 40 jumps away in different directions then scan along the way.
