Unless you can find a good samaritan to do for free, you'll likely need to use a market to trade some goods up to the value of a carry.
For example, you'd need to agree what to trade, then have them put in a purchase order for each item for 1 isk, then you'd need to sell them at the same ITC station.
Not likely doable at Jita, but I have done this at Reyn for example.
