I use 2 acc, both with focused crystal lvl 25, but one can do 45 charges and the other 22 charges. is it a visual bug, implant bug or it's my mistake upgrading the implant?

You can switch between "Faster Loading" and "Maximum Level" in the first Secondary-Buff of the Implants. But yes i saw a graphical Bug in Dormant Realm very often.

Ups! 😦 it doesn't work. I've a lvl20 account and it got more charges than the lvl25 😦

The title of the thread is cryptic and while the pictures are good it's difficult to understand what this thread is about just looking at the title. A title more descriptive of the issue would help a lot any player willing to contribute to the thread

I have a technical issue which was highlighted. Since this day it is still not fixed.
Since 12 June I cannot undock my Mach
Customer Service contacted asking whether the problem was fixed. Since I was very busy at work I wasn't able to check.
However checking it now, I still can't undock.
When can this problem please be fixed?
