However, for us to offer any assistance... we need to know if you're on Android or iOS. The make and model of your mobile device would help too. Or if you're on an emulator and what emulator you're using.

You could also try the typical basic troubleshooting guide for everything:

  1. make sure EE is updated
  2. try using in-game repair option
  3. restart device
  4. if none of the above works, make sure your account is bound so you don't lose progress
  5. uninstall
  6. restart device
  7. reinstall & update

If the problem persists, you can DM @shell shoal or put in an in-game support ticket to get help from the devs.
