@tidal bloom I think I've spotted an error on the availability chart. The chart says HTTHT and DD have an overlap at Mon/Thu at 1pm EDT, but HTTHT's availability starts in the evenings, roughly 7pm EDT. Were our ease of scheduling values calculated with a 1pm start in mind for all of our matchups?

Ahh yep, made a mistake there, based it on your availability and missed Mustard's. That makes things more dire then. There's no natural overlap between your team and Demonic Degenerates, Oven Cheese, and Uncaged Zone.

Either that or I thought about letting players from each team grab a referee and submit their scores solo, but:
a) I don't know how things like votes/bans would be worked out, I assume they'd have to be done in writing in advance,
b) there will still be the finals that have to be streamed...

Round robin is 28 matches, so to do it over two weeks is ambitious to say the least, that being said, one pair of teams already played, and changing the format now might cause frustration for them.

We can definitely extend it! But scheduling will need everyone to coordinate and put in a fair amount of effort to get matches going. More time won't be the solution to make things work

Plus @silent junco came to me with an alternative that we can use for emergencies that we can try to implement on the fly here
