What may cause this step (Compiling Classes) not to be cached?

How come this system command 8s being cached?
So i noticed that it caches it when i run the command in a regular terminal, but not in a Task terminal.
It also doesn't cache it when i change the terminal
quiet cloak
is the cwd changing? theres a bug where that can cause stuff to rebuild
