I can see a new release on Zig website (0.15.2). I have not heard any news about it yet. What are the differences between 0.15.2 and 0.15.1 (if any major ones)?

Just like all other 0.x.* releases - only .x releases get release notes.

0.15.1 is an exception because 0.15.1 got release notes but 0.15 itself didn't even get a download link
