A book on Zig is instantly obsolete becuase Zig is not yet 1.0. Ziglings and the official documentation are the best places to learn, other than following what happens here in Discord and on Ziggit.dev,
some youtuber of web for zig learning ?from beginner
Check the #streams channel. Video tutorials are also rapidly irrelevant. If you're a complete beginner to programming, best to start with an established language where there a lot of resources to get up up and running. Once you're comfortable with a compiler and the coding process, Zig is a great next language.
Ziglings is how I first started to get my bearings https://codeberg.org/ziglings/exercises/
Best tutorial series about zig BY FAR:

For 0.14.1, but 0.15,1 is not much different
Zig guide is also pretty nice
