yeah, this is just a toxic talk than a feedback,

plus you didn't work there and assume them not listening to the feedback. If they don't, they didn't do anything for crossplay and character's refinement stuff, plus they are not capcom, they still on the way hiring people currently. And, the approval stuff is the most headache stuff in japan, you cannot change the policy by your own.

This is not feedback, you're just whining.

While yes, the lack of communication from SNK is a something that was talked a bout a lot.

However, they do take feedback from the fans, but they don't have any obligation to say anything, even though that's the right thing.
Also they have their own priorities and internal plans, maybe they found unfeasible to add skin and colours because their staff are busy other things.
Also Japan was struggling with covid a lot during the game's development, and a smaller company like snk didn't have the resources and knowledge to adapt to it quickly.

I spend every day nitpicking about things in the game here and there but what I provide is constructive criticism.

(OK colours would prolly be 1-3 days work, minus the planning phases, but they'd rather spend that time on smth else)

@oak badge @neat field is the official SNK staff and he adressed couple of times on this server that they are working on the mm issue, for the skins and costumes, we can't do nothing about them since it's up to marketing team & dev plan, right now snk's main plan with kof 15 are fixing the matchmaking, upcoming crossplay update and season 2 characters, balance changes
