I wonder where they are, 19 has been out for a while and we should’ve gotten at least some of the popular ones like Hisami by now, where are they??

Takes a while to implement new characters I assume. They need to get art, write all their dialogue, get voice actors, etc

They might come in the future but I am not expecting them soon

Exactly it will take some time but it would mostly likely come eventually but not for awhile

It took like a year to get Unconnected Marketeer characters, IIRC, so I'd expect a similar timeframe for Touhou 19 characters.
