Yes big agree this is extremely annoying, it literally is completely RNG because barely any characters are immune to paralyze and even then they might not have the bonus stats because of how weekly arena works
I agree, from strategizing it becomes a total gamble if this run will or wont work and we cant even use barriers to fight it because then we lose points! Cant even use healers to cleanse barriers because enemies use them AFTER using skills (and even if could, healers are incentivized to be used only during one battle). Theres 0 reason for this stuff to be there other than being annoying
i see you got bad rng and got stunned/delayed 4 runs in a row and getting smashed as a result.
have you tried getting better and reset again?

I think that delay is fine compared to outright stun
Losing an attack when you don't have ufes units to bruteforce arena with can ruin a strategy on pure RNG alone, but a simple delay on when you attack isn't that bad.
no sometimes delay can mess up when you want your units to go first
It took me nearly 10 tries to have R8 myon in weekly arena to go before shots because of freeze anomalies
Also delay has gotten my units one shotted before they could attack a LOT and its almost just as frustrating as stun
Yeah , it's even more annoying because all of this stuff isn't guaranteed to hit for example first character, it's just rng so we can't strategize on it, random character gets frozen, random character gets paralyzed. Can't put a character that resists or uses skill to remove the anomaly in particular place for particular enemy attack/skill
Ok, considering that I don't play lunatic arena, I understand fully if it gets frustrating during that difficulty
I'm still in the mindset of clearing hard mode only sorry
Even still this would make it so that certain units no longer have a tradeoff to using their skills like L1 Iku or Prae (both inflict paralyze or freeze to party)
I dont see a problem if no stun/delay is in weekly arena only. Getting punished by using those skills is a reset anyway
Also they could just make it so its not a thing enemies can inflict
I disagree with removing Delay only because I have used it on purpose once with party Freeze 
It did work well for that wave but I ended up not using that in the final run
What I do personally have a huge problem with though is Blind, because Stun and Delay can at least be avoided by resetting
tl;dr make weekly arena less annoying in general
