Allow players to set any section of any BGM owned as spell card BGM.
Right now it is pre determined which part of the selected BGM is bein played and looped, but there are so many great sections in the BGM that we cant use as spell card BGMs because of that.
As an example I really like the 2nd galf of "God Slash", but i just cant use it.
Additionally many BGMs do not even have the full song, not even as home BGM. Even the "LostWord Chronicals", aka. THE Touhou LostWord song is not available as the full song.
