for zeus, i like offering him fizzy fruit drinks, and likes gummies sometimes. but the ones that don't stick to your teeth. he likes popsicles too. i'm pretty sure he's a fan of caramel from what he tells me, and golden / yellow apples. honey is also similar to ambrosia, which he enjoys. i find he also likes regular pebbles and rocks

Hey guys have you ever tried talking to multiple gods in one pendulum, and if so are you allowed to bounce and forth or end a conversation with one god and ask for the next?

I use the same pendulum for almost all my deities. I usually try to cleanse said item in between each if I'm talking to them one after the other but that is bc I like them being able to have a clean slate to work with

We uses to use one pendulum for 2 entities and what we did for them was separate what their yeses and nos looked like so we could tell them apart
We generally couldn't bounce back and forth, but we could end the conversation with one and then continue on to the other. They have similar domains and energy so we're usually ok with not cleansing it with them. Others, however, we do try to cleanse in some way between each entity

My experience + other people working with Antinous: He is a difficult God to worship as he won't show any signs if he isn't interested in working with you, it doesn't even feel like he is there, that is what some other users are also mentioning as well.

Overall a very versatile God, you can worship him as Bacchus Antinous, Beleus Antinous, Apollon Antinous, Hermes Antinous, Osiris Antinous, and much more!

I would start showing interest (if you aren’t already) in the arts, knowledge, etc. I spent time learning about different things since he’s the god of wisdom. Maybe you can offer a piece of poetry or literature or something along those lines, and kind of just speak to him. His energy was a little bit intimidating when I first started working with him but the energy has turned into an older stern (but caring) authority figure if that makes sense, so naturally I tried to keep myself “professional” I guess until I felt the need not to?

I know not everyone works with or sees Öðinn in the way I do but that’s just my personal experience. As I’ve worked with him I’ve become less informal but obviously still respectful if that makes sense

But you’re right, I didn’t do a simple “hello” when we first started working but rather kept it a bit more formal than I normally act with other entities.

I think my issue (not really an issue) but more like something I would try to do in the future is try to match up which meanings you are going to be using for your whole spread if that makes sense?

So like if you are going with the rider waite meanings stick with those, if your using the British meanings stick with those simply bc that would probably make your readings come out a bit more coherent since you aren't pulling meanings from a bunch of sources

Hey does it usually take a while for gods to talk to you? Like I haven't heard any from my gods, and the other communication is from a pendulum so my mind is starting to drop to the "i've lost my mind" mindset (again, this happens often)

I mean I've sort of sensed them from time to time, like for example body tingles, and felt like someone was behind/beside me but I always have doubt in my mind that I am imagining all of it

I've said this before (in class) but like negative self-talk can affect you mentally by making yourself believe that you are the negative things you're saying about yourself right?

so instead of saying things like oh I'm stupid instead replace that with a more positive kind of connotation as in instead of it being stupid you are just uninformed or you were just learning!

like that is such like a small little thing to think about but I've noticed even in my own personal life that the minute I stopped putting myself down every few seconds with like negative self-talk I would instead try to compliment myself you know.

it also made it a bit easier to get to a confident state of mind

sorry y’all i feel asleep HARD. so I was originally talking with a apollo and we’re talking and stuff and I had this list of deities I want nature work with and so I asked him if there was anybody on that list, he would possibly warn me about and he said yes but he was scared to tell me who in fear that he would get backlash for it so I originally thought it was Demeter because whenever I think of question, and what Apollo said, my eyes were just go back to her name on the paper and this was all on Sunday and while I was going down the list of deities for some reason, Aries wasn’t on there, so when I realized he wasn’t, oh no, I went to go ask him if he was willing to communicate with me and possibly work with me he said yes, really quickly, which was kind of surprising but you know I wasn’t going to tell him no so fast forwarding until today when I am trying to go talk with a apollo again, but he said he was busy so I was like oh OK I can go talk to Aries because I wasn’t able to talk to him on Sunday because he said he was busy that day so I start talking to him and what not and long story short I find out he was the one that Apollos was going to warn me about because apparently the two I have a conflict because Aries is Aphrodite‘s brother and Apollo is in love with Aphrodite and Ares is jealous that Apollo was taking Aphrodite‘s attention away from him

personally I would probably start off with worshiping then building up to a working relationship I know that Griffin goes over that in their entities workshops so I would check those out!
