#Buying a property with lemons

since none is really benefiting from his lemons and everyone is randomly typing /work to gain some lemons why not make it more fun to buy a property that would generate X amount of lemons for you passively for example having 1 property would give u a bonus to get 20 lemons everyday or i dont know about that u decide , and having multiple would increase the bonus by Y lemons and also the amount of properties is limited if a player owns a property and everything is gone would be a command to offer a higher amount to buy it , for example a property costs 5k lemons, one would need 1k more than that to buy it back but the value of the property remains 5k and if another one would want to re-buy it the same process would be done (aka still 6k need to rebuy) im done thinking for today.

P.S I was extremely bored writing have fun reading i just wrote whatever i could think of before my brain froze cri .

Thanks for the first suggestion, a really good idea, but we could take real estate instead of just properties. As you said nobody is really benefiting from their lemons, so this would be a nice way to spend them for example you buy a house but not get the lemons automatically but with the /daily command

Maybe you could sell it to the market for a cheap price and sell it to a player for a higher price that you would get on at the market. The real estate should be expensive enough that it's cheaper to buy from a player that needs quick money

also why not make a game that 2 can play both bet a number of lemons with a certain cap so none can abuse it, both players roll a dice, BUT instead the lowest roller wins all
(idea is a game that 2 can play) because again it would be more fun
