Wishing Fish: The next attempt on a bandit box will result in the best possible reward

Unusual Grapefruit: Your projectiles become really small but will cause a powerful explosion on crit

Tax Collector’s Mark: On use gain a coin for every 2% of discount you have. Requires 24 kills. Also makes your discount increase by 15% for each floor you complete.

has a value from -5% to +15% flat crit chance
every crit redoes the random value
