that's interesting, my mod only appeared on the list after i put everything into a folder within the zip file (like the first screenshot shows)

mods go into /Users/{Your User}/AppData/LocalLow/ErThu/Ancient_Dungeon/ADVR_Mods from now on, maybe that's what u missed

i think u can go straight to the AppData folder by hitting windows key and r, putting %appdata% into the window that pops up. not too sure tho

after you find the mods folder you can pin it in the file explorer i'm pretty sure
