Outline Mark Relics

Thanks to the white particles, I could tell a relic was here, but I couldn't see its shape until I edged the ledge. An outline or glow would help the visibility of marks.

Great idea, this could also tell you if it’s charged or not when it’s in relic form

if it is in relic form then it will always be charged unless you used it then swapped it

So the white particles around a relic would "fill up" proportional to how much the relic is filled up? Fully active is fully outlined, completely empty has no outline? You could skip the green bar underneath relics if you do that, you could more easily identify relics on pedistals, and you could easily identify which relics are used when you have them floating around
