A relic that causes corruption (Corruption Relic, thus Correlic) of the dungeon, and any new relics that generate will inherit an effect of a random relict (that's not the Correlic ofc).
Additionally, this relic will cause enemies that do not belong to the level (floor) you're currently on, to spawn upon entering a new room.
How about having this relic only generate on NG++ and above?

the relic I described is too unique imo to just be a hard mode modifier
