I was thinking an avocado would be a really cool item to put in the game that heals 1 and a half hearts. But theres already multiple food items, so i thought the avocado could be useful for something else:
First, i thought the avocado would be a great item used to lure away monsters. Once a monster gets close to it, they eat it and go back to following the player.
Then i thought, to make the item more simple to use, the avocado could be a permanent small speed boost item when used.

all im saying is that if they dont want it to be a healing item, it can be one of the other options
