Blue blood multiplayer bug

I got blue blood in a multiplayer lobby and after 1 hour we had -1038546 coins because we were able to revive each other over and over again which only resulted in losing more money. This also prohibited us from buying free items from the merchant.

I'd like to add on to this because unlike you, when we had no coins at all or didn't have enough coins when we took damage we instantly die with having five hearts in total, when we try to eat something to get the sixth heart, it would actually make us take damage, so we are unable to get a full amount of health.

Blue blood gives you the ability to eat food and gain coins because coins are your health so the game makes you take damage to your hearts (not your coins) to make room for more food. (At least that's my understanding of it)

To simplify just imagine you don't have any hearts at all and just focus on your coins and it would make sense
