a healer class (can heal teammates and themselves) they have little offensive capabilities, they would have like a 45 to 1:00 cooldown on the thing. they would hold a staff and have to be within a certain range to heal their teammate, and if out of range of a teammate they heal themselves.

Maybe add cosmetics for the amount of times you won? Here’s some ideas : crown for 1 - 5 wins possibly, skull for 10-50 (I know it’s a lot but erm) and crown of daggers for 50-100. I know these are impossibly hard to get but uhhhhh

Sword is very unlikely because they have to make it work with all the other upgrades and that. Maybe different Skin Types? (Not tones, that's the recoloring option.)
Why even have a way to switch different skins if you don't even have any?

Maybe certain skin types could be stuff like scars/wounds, or maybe an entirely different style like a skeleton?
Maybe different skin conditions, like Vitiligo.
(Vitiligo is when parts of skin don't have color/lost color.)

A nice idea would be special cosmetics for doing a certain thing.
Maybe completing all Sealed Soul memories could award a transparent skin type.
One could be for finishing the Item Compendium that could turn you GOLD [It'd be reflective too, just like real gold.]
Another could be for killing a certain enemy type enough to get an item related to it.
