Something didn’t sit right with me only have 3 dudes and a ghost outside of the dungeon when it a big deal. It would be cool seeing more people come to the dungeon. Maybe even find people in the dungeon, or corpses. It’s would just add a little bit a life to it. (Reason why I put the tag mechanic is because I don’t know what to put as the tag)

We will have some wandering NPCs in the future that occasionally show up to add a bit more live to the dungeon (the kickstarter highest backer reward) and we'll also add some more NPCs to the home base before full release
