Please don’t tag random people at 3am. Twitch is very clear on their username recycling. They are released after a period of time (maybe) and you will have to keep trying. The 60 day thing is not a hard rule. We aren’t Twitch here and don’t have access to that. You can submit a ticket, but you will get the same response.
