Twitch Studio was end of life a few months ago, it's no longer having any development. There have been many warnings and notifications about it. As of today, some remote assets aren't loading anymore, which renders the application fully not-functional. Like Wabasha said, you will have to switch platforms.

Both OBS and streamlabs have support discords to assist.

Streamlabs is not difficult. It has a lot of options which makes it look more complicated. They have an excellent self-help section which answers a lot of basic problems.
