I cant do two different types of alerts. Either the sound thingy or follow alerts with both or more I get a error msg

My boyfriend tried doing it. Installed twitch studio just to try it and it works for him but I get that for some reasons

Your browser source url isn’t correct or it can’t connect. Does it work if you put it directly into a browser?

I did exactly what my boyfriend did. Copy paste source url , put into browser source and add a alert thing

It worked for him but not for me

And if I add two my sound alerts usually break too

nvm it broke for him too

He played around w it and now it doesnt send a alert

can you goto the browser and find the same alert set in your twitch creator dashboard -> alerts -> copy browser source

then in twitch studio, create a browser source layer and paste the url there

I just realized that I already explained some of this in the other thread that you created. The Edit Alerts page that I'm talking about is found in the Creator Dashboard in your internet browser:

You'll have to paste the browser source URL in the Webpage box on the right side of Studio, while editing the layer. (I've renamed my browser source layer for my alerts to Manual Alerts, for clarity)

I did that and my boyfriend too but at a certain point it just breaks and makes alerts unusable

The sound alerts r fine but the follow alert doesnt work anymore at all

but my boyfriend continued trying while I was asleep so once he wakes up I´ll se if he figured it out

Error msg gone and shows up like this but the alert cant be tested

We've been trying to tell you not to use the Alert layer if it isn't working. Use the Browser Source layer and copy/paste the browser source URL

I did both I´m not stupid. Neither works for me and my boyfriend figured out removing and readding worked for him but for me it just does not work

Idk if I just cant word it correctly but I did everything. Remade alerts in twitch itself, readded everything etc. Nothing works sadly not even the original follow alert works anymore

the "ghost" "error loading" is a real error but the missing alerts can be tricky to find. DND is in a different spot and can be missed

My boyfriend tried so hard to help figure this out just for this to technically be just that which I didn't know I could put it on dnd until rn cuz I frogor but in chase it happens again I know what to check first in chase cuz knowing myself this will happen again maybe
