How do I prevent mic pops?

get a pop filter. wrap a piece of cloth on the mic. don't talk directly towards the mic.

I use the mic attached to my headset when I stream.

Is there a way I can adjust the audio settings so that the mic doesn't pick up the pops in my headphones?
