are you able to submit bug report? or look for logs and read what error it is?
have a look at the logs
in console app or in the ~/Library/Application Support/Twitch Studio/ folder
Which folder should I check?
Electron - Platform and TwitchStudioAgent
Twitch Studio Agent ones dont seem to have any issues
only info level stuff
Electron
Twitch Studio Agent
Idk what I should look for
"message": "gl-shader: Error linking program: Internal error compiling shader with Metal backend.\nPlease submit this shader, or website as a bug to https://bugs.webkit.org\n\n\u0000",
maybe this
I'm not sure, probably need to google around for that error and see what's up with it
Yeah ill try that
what exact macos version are you running? the numeric & build string if you know it?
I know its probably an issue with the new MacOs since it's in beta but I can't revert back cause I didn't make a backup (silly me but I had no hardrive to do it on).
is it something that worked before the update? or trying twitch studio after update but not before?
It worked fine before the update.
Also just downloaded a new clean twitch studio and it isnt working either.
if this is a macos issue, its gonna suck cause then i cant stream until a new update for the current public release is out
😦 yeah that's a bummer. you might be able to try OBS or one of the other ones in the meantime
Yeah but all my scenes will be gone and OBS just doesnt capture my audio properly 😢 The public version of sonoma should be out in september at least so most i have to wait is until then lol
yeah :/
which OBS did you use? OBS 28 or 29 should be able to capture audios
It was like a year ago I think? It wouldn’t capture program specific audios
OBS 28 and 29 can do that on the M1. not sure about intel
