I have these settings...
Preset: 1080p60
Resolution: 1920x1080
Frames per Second: 60 FPS
Bitrate: 6000 kbps
Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC (hardware)

However, my clips and vods look like the attached photo.

Does anyone know a fix to increase quality?

click the cog icon in the video play and see if you are on low res

6000 is the highest. You can try lowering the res to like 900p. Might be the game's graphics settings.

What’s your monitor res? I mean it’s not that bad. If it’s fast moving, it’s gonna get pixelated because of the bitrate and maybe your gpu can’t handle multiple things. What gpu do you have?
