Every time I update the Channel Mixer for the audio, all audio from speakers, headphones and microphones stop working. I'm getting annoyed every time I have to update, it means a reboot of my system. Windows 11

It's got nothing to do with the other software, it's due to the updates each time you update twitch Studio.
I do use dolby for headphones, discord, skype, and have three sound devices. TV through HDMi, USB headphones and realtek onboard sound. I only use twitch streaming with nothing else added.

yes, but to mute different streams is a problem. it's not the best solution to go back to default speakers, that's almost as bad as having to reboot the machine after an update. Thanks anyway.

I don't know how often you have to update the mixer. If it work after a reboot, I don't think you need to submit the bug.

It requires one after each update of the drivers for the audio mixer, sometimes 2 maybe three times a week. Other weeks once.
It always works after the reboot, but it's like being in the 90s for a driver update.

that's probably because the audio devices are "in use" so updating the driver will need a restart.

it's a driver we are talking about. it has to be inserted between the audio drivers.

yes, but it's the only program I know that stops all audio. Any other program has no issue doing the same thing.

I use DCS SRS this does not break my audio, adding another audio module should not cause the other sound cards to fail.
It is just an issue hence I wrote here to inform.

not sure what that is. but something I know called voice meeter.
Anyway. I don't code this app, I know nothing about the internals. Like I said if the mixer is not working, you have default speaker as a workaround.
