screen freeze and no overlay

hey there so when trying to stream if i select the app i would like to stream or game as soon as i switch over the the app itself my stream freezes only way i can get my stream to not freeze is if i select my entire screen when selection a app it wont work also my stream overlay doesn't want to show up on my screen

What game? Some don’t allow application capture. You have to capture the entire monitor.

Unknown, we just do twitch studio. You will have to ask the Redm guys.

Ok after some research, REDM is Vulcan based and therefore requires the admin tool to be installed. Is that installed?

when you first install twitch studio's it asks for admin permissions, if you decline it will not install it. the admin tool allows it to capture finecky and vulcan-based games

You can right click TS and run it as administrator. That should provide you the same thing.
