Before a few days ago I was able to use the Advanced Audio Mixer for over a year without issue. Something with the latest update messed it up and nothing seems to fix it no matter what I do. I've summited a few tickets already about this issue.

So I received an email on what the suggested actions are to help fix this problem and nothing seemed to work. I like Twitch Studio for it's audio mixing and really don't want to switch.

!mixer we usually suggest uninstall the mixer, reboot, reinstall the mixer.

What is not working?

if I uninstall advanced mixer I can get my default speaker to work in twitch studio

#

when I install it again by following those steps above all of the available sound outputs are not detecting any sound

#

I was streaming on Sunday and everything was working fine, I mean it was working fine for a long time really

#

I mean the sound on my PC is working, I can hear the music and sound from the game but the twitch studio is not picking it up at all

have you tried removing the sources and adding them back? is mic working?

native basin
#

yeah I have tried removing/adding sources

also do you have other audio software? like the ones for your headphones/mics? if their software updates, it may interfere with advanced audio mixer

use default speakers for now. unless you have time to reinstall everything (that's a painful option) to see if it's the OS.
