I've created a New Follower Twitch alert no problem. But when you try to create any other alert and then preview that alert, they all show up as New Follower alerts. How do you get anything but this?

As long as your images are square, it will fit the same as the follower alert.

Yes... You can preview all the alerts all you want. But when you confirm all your choices and then test them out. They always show the "New follower" alert. No matter what selections you made be it a new subscriber, bits, etc.

Sorry for the delay. Going through older threads. When you edit your scene and click the alerts layer. Each alert will be listed on the right side bar. Click one of them and it will show all the options for alerts, including sounds. Just add yours and it’s good to go.
