Kevin is small, therefore smaller hitbox, is agile, a permanent ranged weapon and can get out of situations very quickly compared to every other character.
That is why he is weaker in every other aspect compared to the other neighbors, if he had none of those weaknesses he would be an unstoppable force and we may aswell have made a Kevin based FPS game, we appreciate the feedback and thanks for playing

i think maybe a bit less of a nerf to his melee structure damage might be nicer though. he already has low HP to make up for his small hitbox and his ranged strucutre damage is basically worthless
from 19 to 11 is a bit much if those are the numbers, even just bumping it up to 13 or 12 could be nice
