Caciocavallo fresco, mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, herbs, red onions, tomato and kolbasz pikante, a special spicy sausage from Hungary.
Paired with my favorite red wine.

Talk to me about the crust. Looks doughy. In other words doesn’t seem like it has a good bite to it (slight crunch) that I like in a great crust
The crunch was crunchy and delicious. The bottom is cooked in a traditional stone oven. 😎
Caciocavallo fresco and Jarlsberg, with some blue cheese on my wife's half. Topped water parmigiano, and prosciutto on my half, after baking. 9/10. Should had some green on it.
