Pizza Bianca a la Haggis. Mozzarella, parmigiano, olive oil, herbs and champignon. Topped with Italian uncured well stored ham and ruccola. Devoured with a bottle of red wine.
This. Pizza. Was. Amazing.
Pure pleasure eating this. The red wine fitted perfectly. The ham melted into the pizza, it was soooo fucking tender. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted.

I must say, the margherita was a tad average
Burrata with parma. And a glass of red wine. 8.5/10
Puglia: sour dough bread, smoked mozzarella, broccolini, pancetta, snøball burrata.
Amazing, better than yesterdays. This burrata has won cheese prices, and I can tell it has.
Had a bottle of Italian lemonade too (don't wanna do alcohol three days in a row). 9/10

Homemade pizza bianca with mozzarella, jarlsberg and gorgonzola, olive oil, champignon and topped with aged prosciutto. Couple of spinach leafs on top for color 🤭
This was amazingly good. Not as amazing as the first one I posted, but pretty close. 9.5/10
